Our Pizzas

Thanks to the low yeast percentage, only 0,0003%, and long proofing of the dough, our pizzas are extremely digestible.
We work the dough with a unique method, patented by us, by means of cold process that does not denature the dough.

Tomatoes are 100% Italian, cow’s milk mozzarella, high quality ham, cubes of fried eggplant and pepperoni without paprika are just some examples of the care we take in selecting our ingredients.

Our pizzas are all packaged under modified atmosphere ATM, a process that maintains the organoleptic and nutritional properties unaltered without the use of chemical preservatives or stabilizers.
