Frozen pizzas

OOur frozen pizzas are prepared with a researched blend of type 0 flours, re-milled durum wheat semolina flour and khorasan wholewheat flour. They are packed under ATM (modified atmosphere) which is a process that preserves the pizza against the cold and prolongs their shelf life in a natural manner once defrosted. Our frozen pizzas therefore can be kept in the fridge for up to 20 days after being defrosted, a feature which makes them ideal for those having to manage large quantities of pizzas, such as hoteliers or restaurant owners.

The production of frozen pizzas takes place with the same procedures and ingredients used for the production of fresh pizzas.

You can savour our pizzas in various flavours; Margherita, Capricciosa, Verdure, Quattro formaggi and Diavola. They are all prepared and seasoned with top quality ingredients, like cow’s milk mozzarella and tomatoes that are 100% Italian.



How to prepare a Megic Pizza

To bring out the flavours and aromas during baking, prehead the oven at 250°C and place the pizza directly on the oven grill. Thereafter bring the oven temperature down to 220°C and let it cook for 6 to 8 minutes depending on whether you prefer a soft or crispier pizza base.
