Our fresh pizzas are prepared according to a researched blend of type 0 flours, re-milled durum wheat semolina flour and khorasan wholewheat flour. You can savour the various toppings: Margherita, Capricciosa, Veggies, Four Cheeses and Diavola. Ingredients of excellent quality form the base of our pizzas, just like cow’s milk mozzarella, 100% Italian tomatoes and ham. Once you have bought our pizzas, you can pop them in your freezer without a worry.

The different flavours of Pizza Megic

Our pizzas come in differet flavours: Margherita, Capricciosa, Veggies, Four Cheeses and Diavola. They are prepared and seasoned with top quality ingredients, like the cow’s milk (fiordilatte) mozzarella and the tomatoes that are 100% Italian.

How to preparare a Megic pizza

To bring out the flavours and aromas during baking, preheat the oven at 250°C and place the pizza directly on the oven grill. Thereafter bring the oven temperature down to 220°C and let it cook for 6 to 8 minutes depending on whether you prefer a soft or crispier pizza base. As an alternative, you can place it in a pan for 8 to 10 minutes maximum.
