Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Code (Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03 – hereinafter the “Privacy Code”).

In accordance with Article 13 of the Privacy Code, please find below the Privacy Policy on the processing of your personal data carried out by M.E.G.I.C. PIZZA CIACOLADA SAS Via J. Srebernic, 14 Ronchi dei Legionari – 34077 (GO).

Megic is the data controller for all data you declare at the time of registering and/or signing up to its Website http://pizzamegic.com (the “Website”). Your personal data (hereinafter the “Data”) is processed to allow for the correct fulfilment of contractual and/or legal requirements in order to implement the Business required.
Conferral of your data is compulsory in order to achieve the foregoing purpose; failure to provide such, or partial or inexact conferral may result in it being impossible to pursue the Business you have requested.
Data is processed both electronically and by electronic transmission, using methods and tools that can ensure maximum security and confidentiality; it is only made accessible to Megic staff duly appointed to carry out the processing. Only if you give your express consent, Megic will send to you advertising materials in relation to the Business.
Your data will be processed by persons (including those external to the Company) who have been appointed as data supervisors or persons in charge of data processing and who have, in this respect, received suitable operating instructions, with specific reference to the adoption of minimum safety measures, in order to be able to guarantee the confidentiality and security of your data.
The data disclosed will not be disseminated under any circumstances, but may be communicated for the same purpose for which collection took place – to third parties belonging to the following categories:

  • parties providing management services of the computer system and telecommunication networks of Megic;
  • parties controlling, auditing and certifying the work of Megic, including that carried out in your interests;
  • accountants, for all accounting and tax requirements;
  • consultants or other parties providing related services;
  • third companies which examine consolidated Data.

Megic collects technical (for statistical purposes, i.e. Google Analytics) and profiling cookies, exclusively to allow to Megic and to its suppliers to deliver against user services related to Activity.
You may contact Megic to exercise your rights as a data subject, as regulated by Art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03, by writing to the e-mail address info@pizzamegic.com.
More specifically, you can: (i) obtain confirmation as to whether or not any personal data regarding you exists and communication of such data in intelligible form; (ii) find out the origin of the data, the purpose of the processing and related methods, as well as the logic applied to the processing carried out using electronic instruments; (iii) request the update, correction or – if interested therein – supplementation of your data; (iv) obtain the erasure, transformation into anonymous form or block of any data as may have been processed in breach of the law; you also have the right to oppose processing on legitimate grounds; (v) oppose any processing carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling, market research or commercial communication.
This Privacy Policy is valid for this Website only. The Website contains links to third parties websites, in respect of which Megic is not exercising any form of control. Megic will not be in any way responsible for the processing of personal data may be performed by such third parties.
